Eat at Nobu - Sleep at Nobu..!
Renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa grew tired of putting his restaurants into other people’s hotels. Unfortunately that put a damper on the expansion of arguably the world’s best Japanese restaurant chain, Nobu.
The solution: Why not build your own hotel and insert your
own restaurant?
Duh..!
Using the hotel-within-a-hotel model, and a little help from
the folks at Ceasars Palace, The first Nobu
Hotel is now taking reservations for a February 2013 debut. The 181-room property will have the requisite
luxury touches with a Japanese design influence, along with top shelf pampering
and service.
And don’t forget that restaurant! At 13,000 square feet, it will be the largest
Nobu Restaurant and Lounge extant. As a
guest at the hotel you are blessed with priority reservations as well as access
to 24-hour Nobu room service.
Not content with a single location, the Nobu team is already
slated to open properties in Riyadh, followed by London and Bahrain. Soon your Nobu fix will be available,
regardless of location.
