P-47 Thunderbolt..!

 

Here is a look at the Republic P-47 Thunderbolt. Nicknamed "the Jug" by pilots during the war, the Thunderbolt was a fearsome weapon in the skies for the American Air Force. Seen here at the California Capital Airshow 2025 in all it's glory.
