Roasted Poblano Cream Soup
Let's head to the Feldy kitchen for a Mexican cuisine-inspired soup. One of my favorite things in the world is rajas, roasted poblano chiles, sliced white onion, garlic, and Mexican oregano. Slap this on some grilled chicken tacos - Yum! For this soup, I blend the rajas with a cooked potato and broth. Then simmer and add shredded chicken and crema for an earthy, luxurious bowl of soup. Serve this with a nice bottle of Chardonnay.
