Ultima Palabra

 

A cocktail for a summer day! The Ultima Palabra, a lesser-known mixology marvel, is built for the heat. The recipe is in the vid. I've upped the mezcal from 3/4 oz to 1 oz to bring the spirit a smidge forward. Stick to 3/4 oz if you prefer, but be sure to use a good quality mezcal. It makes all the difference! Give this a try poolside, oceanside, or any "side" you'd like, and let me know what you think. This is refreshing AF.
