Pink Rabbit Mezcal Cocktail

 

I've been on a mezcal binge of late. Here is a recipe I stumbled on that makes for a fine cocktail. A twist on the Negroni: we substitute gin with mezcal and sweet vermouth with Amaro. The portion of Campari is reduced for a better-balanced cocktail. Give it a try and let me know your thoughts in the comments.
