Located on the 24th floor (thus the name) of the new Ritz-Carlton at L.A. Live in Los Angeles, WP24 is Puck’s latest take on Asian cuisine, something he touched on in the mid-80s with his highly acclaimed Chinois on Main.
Chef de Cuisine Sara Johannes mans the helm for Chef Puck, and the kitchen exhibits a high degree of flair and refinement in their work. From the dumplings and spring rolls to the Singapore chili prawns and Szechuan beef, the execution is first-rate with flavors and presentation holding the bar at a high level.
Top it all off with a sleek and sexy atmosphere and a breathtaking panoramic view of Los Angeles and you have what is sure to be a memorable and taste-bud tantalizing meal.
