BAM..! Shallot-Thyme Compound Butter

 

Just a little sump'n to keep on hand. Compound butter makes everything better! Here is a quick shallot-thyme butter that goes damn fine with a grilled steak! Mix one stick of butter with sauteed diced shallot and chopped thyme. Grill up a NY and you are off to the races...
