The Famous Feldy New Year's Nachos

 

New Year's Eve is nacho time at the Feldy house. Onion, chorizo, and green chili are the base. Sprinkle over a tray of chips. Add the cheese of your choice and bake at 375 to melt and crisp. Add cilantro, sliced peppers, and avocado, and serve.
