The folks at Vulcan Innova take these blocks, do a wee bit of cleaning, and then modify each of the pistons, resulting in a watch holder.  Each piston has up to 3 programmable winding modes for the timepiece as needed. Each cylinder is lockable and a key is required to unlock and access the watches.

Ask and ye shall receive.  Engine block color (match your BMW, perhaps?), leather color, LED lighting…  It is truly a bespoke block… er… winder.
